1 can (15 oz) black beans - drain and rinse
1 1/2 c. chopped Roma tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped red onion
2 T. chopped jalapeno peppers
2 T. chopped green chiles (canned)
2 cloves pressed garlic
2 T. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. cumin
1 T. chopped fresh cilantro
Salt/pepper to taste
