1 lb. lean beef or venison (sliced)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. burgundy or port wine
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 small container (8 oz) sour cream
Egg noodles, cook per package directions

Directions:
In large pan, brown strips of meat in 1 T. butter. Remove. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Return meat to this. Add wine, soup, and sour cream. Cover and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles. Yield: 5 servings
