topping 1 cup of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar

fruit mixture 2 slices of bread with the crust off
2 eggs
3 cups of gooseberries
2 cups of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
mix the fruit and bread eggs gooseberries and sugar and place in a greased glass casserole

mix the topping togather and pour over fruit bake at 350 for 30 minutes
