2Tbsp butter 1/2 medium onion chopped
1 stalk celery minced 1 clove garlic minced
11/2C seafood or chicken stock 1/2C dry white
wine 1C fresh corn kernels 1/4tsp thyme salt
and pepper to taste hot sauce to taste 1C half&
half 1/2C sour cream 1Tbsp fresh parsley and
2 green onions chopped

In a soup pot melt butter and saute onion,celery and garlic about 5 minutes. Add the chicken stock
and white wine and bring to a boil. Add the corn and spices and return to a boil. Then reduce heat
and simmer about 20 minutes. Stir in the half & half
and continue simmering 10 more minutes. Whisk in
the sour cream parsely and green onions and heat
just enough to warm. DON'T ALLOW TO BOIL
