1 c boiling water
1 c All-Bran cereal
1 1/4 c sugar
3/4 c shortening
2 eggs
2 c buttermilk
2 c Bran Buds cereal
3 c flour
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix boiling water and bran cereals together and cool. Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add buttermilk, flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well. Add the bran mixture and blend well. Refrigerate and use as needed. Will keep for 60 days! Bake 12-15 minutes in 400 oven in greased muffin tins.
