4 potatoes (scrubbed and cut into eighth's, lengthwise)
1/2 cup butter
4 oz. Parmesan Cheese
Pkg. of Oscar Meyer or Hormel bacon pieces
pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary,
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. thyme
Seasoned Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in large shallow dish over the melted butter. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and your choice of seasonings.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and baste with butter.Reurn to oven and bake until tender about 20-30 minutes.Serve with sour cream!
Can be easily doubled or tripled. However, be careful about doubling spices.

A friend of mine, Sara, gave this recipe to me and my family has enjoyed it for many years. It always reminds me of the 4th of July, as that was the first time I tried it.
