Vanilla Chicken

Chicken Thighs
1 onion
2 carrots
1/2 bottle white wine
2tsp vanilla extract
Spinach
1 tsp Rosemary
Salt & pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken remove then in same pan fry onions carrots.

Throw chicken back into pan and add all other ingredients.
Braise or bake on moderate heat till juice has reduced. Lastly just before serving throw baby spinach leaves on top of chicken, they will wilt with the heat so no more cooking is needed.

Serve with rice and salad.
