Mix together in sauce pan:
2 1/2 T cornstarch
1/2 c sugar
Add to make smooth paste:
1/3 c water
Then add:
1/3 c orange juice
1 T grated orange rind
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook until thick; cool. When dough (orange filled roll recipe) has doubled in bulk, punch down and roll out into an oblong about 1/4 inch thick. Spread with cool orange filling. Roll up as for jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Place in greased muffin pans. Cover and let rise in warm place, free from draft until doubled in bulk, about 25 minutes.
Bake in moderate oven at 375 F about 30 minutes
