3 c. sugar
3 c. raw peanuts
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
1 stick margarine
dash of salt
1 T. vanilla flavoring
red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, Karo, water, and salt boil for 5 or 6 minutes. While this is cooling slightly, add a few drops of red food coloring until desired color is reached. Add one stick of margarine, a dash of salt, and one Tablespoon of vanilla flavoring. Drop by spoonfuls onto buttered foil. Work quickly!
