1/3C Butter Flavored Crisco 1/2C sugar 1 egg
11/2C flour 11/2tsp baking powder 1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp nutmeg 1/2C milk Coating 1/2C sugar
1tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup butter melted
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 24 cup mini muffin pan. Mix shortening
1/2C sugar and egg completely in a large bowl.
Stir in flour,baking powder,salt and nutmeg alternately with the milk. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups and bake for 10-13 minutes or
until golden brown. Meanwhile mix the 1/2C sugar
and cinnamon and dip the baked muffins in the
melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Serve Warm
