Potato and cheese:
1 cup Boiled drained and mashed potato
½ cup farmers cheese
¼ cup butter browned onions

Mash together

Cabbage:
1 3lb head of cabbage
1 large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil cabbage
Drain well & dry
Chop fine
Chop onion fine
Butter brown both cabbage and onion together
Salt and pepper to taste

Left over mashed potato works great for this too!

If you have a grinder, I find that grinding the cabbage after you have par boiled it works great in cooking it down.
