1 Tbl cooking oil
1 cup uncooked brown or white rice
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh or canned tomatoes
1 tea salt
tea garlic salt
tea cumin powder
3 beef bullion cubes
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy skillet brown rice in oil. Add onions, green pepper, tomatoes, water and seasonings. Cover with tight lid, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes or until rice begins to fluff.
