1 cup uncooked rice
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp Margarine
½ cup chopped celery
1 – 8 oz jar of cheese whiz or 8 oz of American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in cups of water and 1 tbsp salt. Bring to a boil- lower heat, cover and let simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat, let stand for 10 minutes.

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix all together; add soups and cheese.

Place in casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 300F.
