Chicken breasts, sliced
Sliced mushrooms fresh, any kind
Canned or jar of artichoke hearts cut into bite-size pieces
Onions or scallions med sized.
Garlic
Bacon with maple flavoring
Brown Sugar
Vanilla
Marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Chicken until done. In separate skillet, sauté pieces of bacon till almost crisp. Add and sauté onions. Add garlic, mushrooms and artichokes. Add butter, turn heat up a little. Add marsala and let bubble up and scrape any pieces off bottom of skillet. Also at this time add the vanilla and brown surgar. Pour all mixture over chicken and cover, turn to low to marry the flavors.
