8 oz can crescent rolls
1 packet cream cheese (soft)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tblsp lemon Juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
81/4 oz can crushed pineapple well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º Separate cresents into two long rectangles place in ungreased 13x9 inch pan, press over bottom to form crust. Seal perforations.Bake for 5 mins remove from oven.

In a small bowl combine;
cream cheese ,sugar,lemon juice and eggs. Blend until smooth Stir in coconut and pineapple, mix well
Pour over partially baked crust spread evenly. Return to oven and bake an additional 20-28 mins or until crust is done and filling is set. Cool completely, cut into squares . If desired sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh fruit. Refrigerate leftovers
