Ingredients:  
3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded OR (I use 2 large cans of chicken breast)
2 cups of sour cream (I use reduced fat)
3 cups of shredded cheese (I use colby jack)
1 package of flour tortillas (10 should be enough)
2 cans of red enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put enough enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 pan to cover it lightly
Mix chicken, sour cream, cheese together. Spoon mixture onto tortillas and roll tortillas (no need to close up ends of tortillas). Put filled tortillas in pan. Cover w/remaining sauce. Bake for 20 minutes on 375. Add more cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
