1 cup sugar
6 eggs
1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
2 T Vanilla
2 oz cream cheese
Cinnamon- this is optional I just put in a few shakes
2 pans- one smaller for the water bath

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Caramelize the sugar until it is brown and liquefy. While hot pour into smaller pan, cover and set aside. In blender mix remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Place small pan (w/sugar) in water. Pour custard in small pan and bake 30-45 minutes. It will be done around the edges and a little loose in the middle. If the knife comes out with curd on it- it is done.
