1 stick butter 1C water 1/4C cocoa 1/2C vegetable oil 2C sugar 2C flour 1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp baking soda 1/2C buttermilk 2 eggs
1tsp. vanilla extract 1C chopped walnuts
Frosting 1 stick butter 1/4C cocoa 1tsp.vanilla
1lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter,water,cocoa and oil in a medium
saucepan and bring to boil. In a large bowl combine
the sugar,flour,salt,baking soda,buttermilk.eggs and vanilla. Pour boiling mixture over dry ingredients and mix well with electric mixer. Pour
into a jelly loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15
minutes. Meanwhile in a saucepan bring to a boil
butter.cocoa and vanilla and remove from heat and
stir in the powdered sugar. Pour over warm brownies and sprinkle with nuts.
