Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger
1 onion
1 spaghetti seasoning packet
2 (15oz) cans of tomato sauce
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
mozzarella cheese (about three/four cups)
Italian seasoning to taste
lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger w/onion. Drain the excess fat off.
Add the spaghetti seasoning packet and the 2 cans of tomato sauce. Add Italian seasoning to taste. Simmer...

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package. (I use the cook-less noodles when in a hurry and they work great.) Drain.

Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, and eggs.

In a 9x13 pan layer alternate layers of noodles, meat mixture, egg mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
Layer one: Noodles to cover the bottom of pan.
Layer two: Meat mixture (about a cup maybe more or less, never really measured this)
Layer three: Egg mixture
Layer four: mozzarella cheese (about a cup)

Repeat layers one through four three times.

After the 3rd complete layer, top with one more layer of noodles, very thin layer of meat and a light layer of cheese.

Bake at 350º until bubbling around the edges and cheese is lightly browned.
