1 lb. small new or red potatoes
1 lb. fresh green beans
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 -2 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely minced
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash but don't peel potatoes. Cut potatoes in half. Boil or steam until tender. While potatoes are cooking, prepare the beans. Cut or snap beans in half and lightly steam. When potatoes and beans are done, arrange them on a platter. Mix together remaining ingredients. Drizzle this dressing over potatoes and beans. Serve warm.
