1 lb. ground beef, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 sugar, and chili powder (about 2-3 tbsp), basil (about 2 tsp), italian seasoning (about 2-3 tbsp), garlic powder (about 1 tsp), salt (pinch), pepper (about 1 tsp), dill weed (about 1 tsp) or other spices to taste. Cooked spaghetti noodles.

Brown 1 lb. ground beef in a medium sized pot. Drain. Add about 1/4 cup of flour and stir until ground beef is coated. Empty can of tomato sauce into pot and stir. Empty can of tomato soup into pot and stir. Add ketchup and sugar and spices and let simmer for a few minutes. Serve over spaghetti noodles.

All amounts are approximate and can be changed according to taste. Basically do lots of tasting and add spices in small amounts until you figure out what you like. I've also added a roasted garlic and pepper spice and celery salt.
