1 pkg. English muffins
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
sliced sandwich ham cut into pieces
small can pineapple tidbits
grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange English muffins on a cookie sheet, spread on about 2 tbsp. sauce on muffins, top with onions, peppers, ham, pineapple and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425º about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
