3/4 c soft margarine
1 1/4 c brown sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 c smooth applesauce
3 c flour
3 /4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp clove
3/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and margarine
Add egg & applesauce. Beat.
Add dry ingredients. Blend.
Add raisins. Mix in.
Spread in greased & floured sheet cake pan.
Bake 350 for 30 - 40 min.
Ice with cooked brown sugar icing.
