1 box penne pasta
1 box rotelle pasta
2 cups diced yellow onion
2 cups diced green peppers
2 cups diced red peppers
2 1/2 cups ranch dressing
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup minced scallions
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook pasta according to directions on box, rinse and drain, let cool; set aside

In a large bowl, mix pasta, onions, peppers

Add in remaining ingredients and mix well

Chill and sprinkle with scallions before serving

I used Honey BBQ sauce and mixed the scallions in with all of the other ingredients. It is best to let this chill overnight or for at least 3-5 hours before serving.
