2 cups self rising flour
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 jars plum baby food
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs

Glaze
confectionate sugar
lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, spices and oil. Beat eggs into plum and add to other ingredients.

Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350º

Glaze with lemon juice/confecionate sugar mixture.
