Spaghetti Sauce~~
1/2 -1 pound ground sirloin
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 onion chopped
2 shakes of garlic powder
2 shakes of onion powder
2 pinches sugar
2 T parsley flakes
Dashes of salt and pepper
I uses ONLY These BRANDS....
1 can 1 lb. 12 oz. Kroger whole tomatoes
1 8 oz. can Hunts tomato paste
1 8 oz. can Contadina tomato sauce

2 pkgs provolone cheese
1 pkg of mozzarella shredded cheese (4 cups)
parmesan cheese
1 large box of lasagna noodles

Brown sirloin, onion, garlic...Drain. Then add garlic powder, onion powder,sugar and parsley. Now add the juice from the whole tomatoes. Chop the tomatoes with a braun handmixer. Now add the tomato sauce and paste...
Cook the lasagna noodles in a large deep skillet. I saw this on "Everyday Italian" It is the easiest way to cook the noodles. (I tried the No~Boil method and it sucked up all the sauce, it was dry!)

Now layer Noodles /sauce /cheese Repeat.
Double for a family recipe... save extra sauce for serving....
Bake at 400º covered for 30 min. uncover and bake at 350º for 30 min. until cheese browns... let rest for 15 min before cutting
