Baby back ribs scored down the back, excess fat trimmed, favorite rib rub, soft margarine, bbq sauce( I like sweet baby rays)

Rinse and pat dry ribs, spread with margarine and sprinkle with rib rub, place on a tinfoil covered baking sheet and cover with foil bake in a 350º oven about 2-3 hours depending on thickness of ribs, when you insert a knife easily they're done, remove from oven, uncover and spread on bbq sauce, return to oven about 10-15 minutes and allow to heat.

After cooking in the oven I often transfer them to a grill to heat sauce and to give them that grilled flavor.
