1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
4 scallions chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. lime juice
1/2 tsp. pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. cumin
3 tbsp. brown sugar

2 lb. thin cut flank or skirt steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a gallon size ziploc bag add meat to marinate over night in fridge. Grill when ready to medium rare about 2-3 minutes each side. When ready to serve slice on a diagonal as thin as possible.
