3 - 4 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
papa used old loaf bread 3-4 slices or crumbled cracker crumbs about 1/2-1 sleeve ( I sub bread crumbs)
bread crumbs ( enough to hold loaf together)
couple dashes of worchestire sauce
chopped & sautéed onions & bell peppers
1/4 - 1/2 c. ketchup
salt & pepper
squirts of mustard

Topping
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients turn into a greased loaf pan when close to being done, mix topping ingredients together cover and cook until done.

Most of you know how papa Houston cooked - never by recipe just by sight and taste so he always told me this was close just not as good as his.
