Ingredients:  
2 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. milk
1 can pizza sauce 8 oz.
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Sliced green peppers & mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, oregano, and milk until just blended. Turn in 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, spread pizza sauce over loaf then top with mozzarella cheese and return to oven 8 - 10 minutes.
