2 lbs. (16 oz) regular flavor pork sausage
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
16 oz (4 c) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup finely chopped celery
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon mince garlic (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Form into 1” balls. Place on un-greased cookie sheet; bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
