Personal Notes:
Your mom introduced me to the concept of the cheese and chili melted together for a great dip. I expanded the recipe. I took this to so many fun barbeques on Nana and Papa's beautiful patio at the ranch. Uncle Eddie and Papa LOVED this dip. It was lovingly named Uncle Eddie Dip when he passed away. Aunt Gloria and I accidently discovered that garlic bread dipped into it is fabulous too.
