8 ounces sour cream
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 can creamed corn (8 oz.)
1 can corn nibblets (8 oz.), drained
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400º. Use a 11 x 7 inch glass baking dish.
Melt butter and place in the bottom of the dish.
Mix the other ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly.
Bake for 40 minutes. Check after 30 minutes.
