1 lb ground beef (or bison)
sprinkle garlic salt
8 oz can tomato sauce
19 oz can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
7 or 8 noodles
500ml Cottage Cheese
Big Thing of Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef (or bison) and garlic. Drain fat.
Puree stewed tomatoes, add puree, sauce, and seasonings to ground beef (or bison). Simmer for 30mins.
Cook noodles al dente.
Rinse white liquid stuff from Cottage Cheese in a colander, so only curds remain. (You may have to stir it up with your hand to get the water to flow through it)
Grease 9x13 baking pan. Lightly cover bottom of pan with sauce. Add layer of noodles. Add 1/2 of remaining sauce. Add half the cottage cheese. Add 1/2 the mozzarella. Layer of Noodles. Layer of remaining sauce. Add remainder of cottage cheese. Add remainder of mozzarella. Sprinkle Parmesan. Bake, uncovered at 350ºF for 30 minutes.

This makes a somewhat runny Lasagna. We drain a lot of the liquid from the sauce in a colander before layering it in. It is not at all runny this way, and tastes just as good, though there is enough sauce left on the plate for mopping up with the garlic toast. :)
