1 large head of lettuce (1 bag Caesar salad)
1 bunch fresh spinach chopped fine
1 head cauliflower chopped fine
1 cup green onion tops chopped fine
1 lb bacon fried crisp & crumbled
1 cup sugar
1 lb grated mozzarella
1 ½ cup mayo spread evenly over top

Directions:
Use large container w/ straight sides. Layer in order given. Cover & refrigerate 4-24 hours. Toss before serving. Makes it’s own dressing.
