¾ CUP SOFT SHORTENING OR OLEO
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
½ CUP WHITE SUGAR
1 EGG
¼ CUP WATER
1 TSP VANILLA
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP SALT
3 CUPS QUICK OATS
½ TSP BAKING SODA
1 PACKAGE WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS (USE GHIRADELLI
1 CUP CRANRAISINS

Directions:
Mix shortening, brown sugar, sugar, egg and water together all at once. Beat thoroughly. Sift flour and salt and soda and add to mixture. Add vanilla. Blend in oats. Add chips and cranraisins. Bake at 350º 12 minutes.
