1 c butter
1 c sugar
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp vanilla

Cream butter; beat in sugar; add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and work dough until well mixed. Press small amount of dough into individual Sandbakkelse tins as thin as possible and bake at 400º for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool and remove from tins.
