2 lbs. hot Jimmy Dean sausage
1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
3-4 c. kale
5-6 russet potatoes, cut
32 oz. chicken broth
32 oz. water to fill pot
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and break apart. Drain sausage, then add onions and garlic to sausage and saute. Add potatoes, chicken broth, and water in pot and cook on medium heat until potatoes are done. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Turn to low heat. Add kale and cream. Heat through and serve.

I add 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon if it tastes too watery. May use 2% in place of heavy cream if wanting to reduce the fat. This is a close version to Olive Garden's soup.
