2 lbs. lean ground beef, browned & drained
1 (46 oz.) can V8 juice
3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved
1 pkg. Lipton's Dry Onion Soup mix
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans green beans, drained
1 can yellow corn, drained
1 can peas, drained
2 medium raw potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. raw carrots, diced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (opt.)
4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes and carrots are soft.
