5-6 potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 can Original Rotel
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with or without peeling in salted water. NO BUTTER OR MILK. Blend sour cream and Rotel. Pour into a casserole dish.

Add cheese and melt at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
