1 6oz frozen limeade
1 10oz frozen, in the carton/box strawberries, halved
2 - 2 ½ tablespoons sour cream (Daisy brand recommended)
4 – 6 ozs good dark rum, or to taste
Ice
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, place first 4 ingredients and blend together. Add ice to nearly top of blender and blend until ice is completely pureed to smooth consistency. Pour into glass; serve with strawberry garnish if desired. Use remaining half of frozen strawberries for batch number 2!

The sour cream is the secret to this great recipe; thanks to Ivan Walters for sharing with me so many years ago. This drink may be prepared without rum for a ‘virgin’ version.
