Ingredients:  
4 to 5 lb hen boned & chopped into bite sized pieces
1 can green chiles (chopped)
1 cups tomato juice
2 cups chicken broth
1 medium onion (cut fine)
1 lb Velveeta cheese
Salt
1 dozen Tortillas (corn)
1 tsp Tabasco sauce or Chili Powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter in large pan. Add tomato juice, chiles, chicken broth & salt. Makes a soupy mixture. Let simmer & add chicken. Again simmer, add cheese & melt. Layer tortillas (slightly fried in grease) in a large casserole dish. Pour chicken mixture over tortillas. Heat in oven until bubbly.

Substitute large Fritos for tortillas if you like.
