1 1/2 c sugar
1 c light corn syrup
1/3 c water
1 1/2 c salted peanuts
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup and water in pan. Cook to 280. Reduce to low heat and add butter and peanuts. Cook and stir for 2 or 3 minutes until temperature is 300. Remove from heat, add soda and stir until mixture bubbles. Add vanilla. Pour onto two large cookie sheets. When cool stretch as thin as possible. Keep in tight covered tin.
