¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic crushed
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp each marjoram, thyme, basil and rosemary

Mix:
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic crushed

Rub ½ cup white wine into lamb. Spread oil mixture on lamb

Mix:
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp each marjoram, thyme, basil and rosemary


Sprinkle flour mixture on lamb

Put ½ cup wine and ½ cup of water in pan and baste frequently.

Bake 2 ½ to 3 hours at 325. Use meat thermometer.
