3 eggs
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of raw grated zucchini
2 tsp of vanilla
2 cups of flour
tsp of baking powder
2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients. In mixer, combine eggs, sugar, oil and zucchini. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add vanilla.

Pour into 2 well-oiled and floured pans

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from pans and cool.
