2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp of baking powder
3 tbsp of salad oil
cup of milk
1 egg
1 cup of mashed ripe bananas

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 5x9 loaf pan
Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl.

Beat on medium speed for minute, scraping sides and bottom of bowl constantly. Pour into pan.

Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Remove from pans and cool
