head of chopped cabbage
head of chopped lettuce
2 -3 cup chopped or shredded chicken
4 or 5 chopped green onions
1 pkg. Top Ramen Chicken Noodles
1 can mandarin oranges
2 tsp. sugar
cup oil
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
Tsp. salt
Tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
3 Tbsp. sliced almonds

Break Top Ramen noodles into small pieces and mix with the chopped cabbage, and chopped lettuce and onion.

In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Makes salad dressing.

Add sesame seeds, almonds, mandarin oranges and chicken.

Pour salad dressing over cabbage and lettuce mix at least a minute before for crunchy noodles or and hour before serving for soft noodles. Serve.
