3-4 Large Chicken Breasts
1-2 Cups of Uncooked Rice
2-4 Cups of Water
3/4 Can of Hunts Four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce
Olive Oil
Grated Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Season chicken breast as desired with your favorite seasonings, or just salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a 13 x 9 Pyrex glass baking dish, Pour the spaghetti sauce into the plan and add the uncooked rice and water. Brush the uncooked chicken breasts with olive oil and then lay them on top of the mixture. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until chicken breasts and rice are done.

If you are using 1 cup of rice, use 1 cup of water.
If you are using 2 cups of rice, use 2 cups of water
