2 c. sliced apples ( i like Macintosh)
3/4 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. flour
5 Tbsp. butter room temp.

Directions:
Directions:
put apples into a 9" unbaked pie shell, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over apples. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Then lower temp to 350 and bake for 40 more min.. While pie is baking mix topping with a fork,Then top and bake for 10 more minutes.
