12 Chicken Wings (about 2 pounds)
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Cup barbecue Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces, discard top. Cut off excess skin and discard.
3. Melt butter in 13x9x2 pan in oven. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a large heavy reseal bag. Add chicken, seal tightly. Shake until chicken is completely coated with flour mixture. Place chicken in pan.
4. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Mix bbq sauce, pepper sauce, Cajun seasoning and cumin. Turn chicken. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Toss until evenly coated with sauce.
5. Bake uncovered 10-12 minutes longer or until light golden brown on the outside and the juice of the chicken is no longer pink when center of the thickest piece is cut.
